Reservations

Rates

Cottages are rented weekly or monthly.  Special weekend packages are available during selected times during the year and during local area events.  All rates quoted on our web site, on printed brochures, or over the telephone are subject to change at any time without notice until a reservation is confirmed with a deposit.

 
Deposits

To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% of your proposed stay is required for a stay of less than 30 Days.  Monthly rentals require a security deposit determined by the terms and duration of the rental agreement.  After departure, security deposits are refunded within 21 days after inspection.

 
Payments

We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card and Discover.  If your reservation is less than 30 days in advance of your stay no personal checks will be accepted. Your reservation must be paid in full upon check-in via cash, credit card or certified check/money order. Check-in will not be permitted until all payments due are received.

 
Cancellation Policy

We will refund your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, with a 14 day notice. With less than 14 days, deposits will be refunded if the cottage is re-booked, less the fee.

 
Check-In / Check Out

Regular check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 noon.  If your assigned cottage is ready earlier, we will make the room available to you.  Weekend packages are standard with Friday early check-in of 12:00 noon and Monday late check-out of 3:00 pm.

 
Occupancy

Occupancy is 1 or 2 people in our one bedroom cottage and 2 to 4 people in our large double bed cottage. We do count children as occupants.

 
Cleaning

Only before and after cleaning is included in the quoted rates.  Our agent and your rental agreement will indicate if additional cleaning charges are to be deducted from your security deposit. Renters are responsible for leaving the property in like condition at departure.

 
Furnishings

Each cottage is furnished with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances.  Bed linens and towels are provided. Please be sure to pack any specialty items that you may require during your stay.  A courtesy supply of select items is provided to assist you through the first few days.  You will need to bring/purchase additional housekeeping supplies.

Smoking

All cottages are non-smoking.  If you would like to smoke outdoors, ash trays are provided for your enjoyment.
